Day 1. Arrival in Dushanbe

Arrival in Dushanbe airport.
Drop off to the hotel.
City tour after breakfast at 9:00 am.
Visit museum, Rudaki Park, Hisor fortress.

Day 2. Dushabe- Kalai-Khumb

Next day we leave after breakfast at 8:30 and drive towards Kalai-Khumb, making short stop at Nurek dam and visiting the local market, which has a good view to the lake. Lunch in Kulob city. Our road lies close to Afghanistan border between high mountains.

Day 3. Kalai-Khumb- Khorog

You will drive along the river which divides Afghanistan and Tajikistan, the scenery is incredible. You will be able to take a lot of photos and even wave to Afghan children on the opposite bank. Overnight in a guest house in Khorog.

Day 4. Khorog-Langar

Next, we can drive to hot springs called Garmchashma and bathe there. After that we will visit Kah-Kaha fortress and then we reach Langar. Overnight in a guest house.

Day 5. Trekking to Engels Peak meadows

This trekking is the most fabulous. The luggage will be carried by a donkey.

Day 6. Trekking to Engels Peak and back to the meadows

This is one of the most interesting and exciting trekking routes. You can hike to the middle of the Engels Peak.

Day 7. From Engels Peak meadows back to Langar and Khorog

On the way back we can bathe in a hot spring. In Khorog we can go sightseeing: Khorog Park, Pamiri House, Botanical Garden and others famous places, and have delicious food.
