Day 1. Dushanbe - Sarbin.

Day 1. Dushanbe - Sarbin.

- Gathering of the group in Dushanbe, departure to Sarbin, Karatag. The road will take 3 hours (75 km)
- Upon arrival, a small picnic
- Load backpacks on donkeys and move to Parmin (4 km, 2100 m above sea level)

Day 2. Sarbin - camp in the mountains.

- Today’s trek: 13 km with a climb of 1430 m  
- Midway stop: Halt for a picnic  
- Evening: Arrival at a picturesque glade  
- Camp setup: Arrange the camp

Day 3. Camp in the mountains - Pashmikuhna

- After breakfast: Continue the trek  
- Distance: 7 km with a climb of 350 m  
- Midway stop: Picnic halt  
- Visit: Wanderers' house on the way  
- Evening: Arrival at Pashmi Kuhna village  
- Camp setup: Camp at the Shirkent barrier

- After breakfast: Explore the surroundings
- Activity: Relaxed day enjoying the views and nature of the Shirkent Barrier
- Visit: Grottoes in the area

Day 5. Pashmikukhna (2000m) - Kuhi Safed Pass - Camp in the mountains

- After breakfast: Collect the camp, pack backpacks, and load them onto the donkeys
- Activity: Walk 10 km with a climb of 960m
- Route: After crossing the Kuhi Safed Pass (3100m), descend and set up camp

Day 6. Camp in the mountains - starting point - Dushanbe

- After breakfast: Start walking back to the cars
- Distance: Walk 10 km, descend 1350m
- Picnic halt: Take a break halfway
- Evening: Reach the cars, load up, and head back to the city Where we live without accommodation
