Your Dushanbe city tour begins with a visit to the Ismaili Somoni Monument, dedicated to the founder of the first Samanid State and one of the most influential figures in Tajik history. Continue to the National Library of Tajikistan, one of the largest libraries in Central Asia, famous for its unique architecture designed in the shape of an open book. Enjoy a relaxing walk through Rudaki Park, a beautiful green space named after Abuabdullo Rudaki, the father of Persian-Tajik literature.
Next, explore the National Museum of Tajikistan, where you will discover the country's rich history, culture, and traditions. Lunch will be served at a traditional local teahouse, offering an authentic taste of Tajik cuisine and hospitality. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Kokhi Navruz Palace, a stunning example of traditional Tajik craftsmanship and architectural excellence.
The tour continues to the Central Cathedral Mosque of Dushanbe, one of the largest mosques in Central Asia and a remarkable architectural landmark. Afterwards, explore Mehrgon Market, a modern bazaar built in a distinctive Tajik style, where you can find local products, handicrafts, spices, dried fruits, and traditional souvenirs. Continue your visit to the Old Madrasa and the local museum, where you will learn about traditional education, culture, and daily life in the area. Nearby, discover the remains of an ancient caravanserai, once an important stop for merchants traveling along the legendary Silk Road.
Enjoy lunch at a traditional local teahouse and sample authentic Tajik cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. After returning to Dushanbe, visit the Gurminj Museum of Musical Instruments, home to a unique collection of traditional Tajik instruments. During your visit, enjoy a small live performance showcasing the beauty of Tajik folk music.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before visiting Independence Park, one of Dushanbe’s most beautiful public spaces. Explore the exhibition hall and enjoy panoramic views of the city from the observation area. After a day filled with history, culture, and local traditions, transfer back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Continue your journey to the breathtaking Iskanderkul Lake, one of the most famous natural attractions in the Fann Mountains.
